Marsden Cason is a Senior Partner of Infinity Associates LLC. He has served as Executive Co-Chairman of Converse, variously as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The North Face, Chairman and CEO of Pacific Corporation and as Chief Executive Officer of several public and private companies. Mr. Cason has extensive experience in the consumer products and financial services industries and has overseen several multi-national businesses operating throughout the world. William Simon is a Senior Partner of Infinity Associates LLC. He has served as Chairman, Co-Chairman and/or Chief Executive Office of The North Face, Converse, HEAD Sportswear, Poloco (Polo Ralph Lauren Europe), Marmot, Sierra Designs and several other outdoor apparel brands and manufacturing companies. Mr. Simon has extensive experience in overseeing the strategic visioning, design, manufacturing, and marketing of public and private companies involved in the outdoor, sports apparel and global fashion industries. He has spent over 14 years living in and breaking new ground in the areas of manufacturing and product design in China and throughout Asia. Roxanne Prahser is a Managing Director of Infinity Associates LLC. She acts as CFO during the acquisition process and works on the implementation of new business strategies and remains in a financial oversight roll after each acquisition. Ms. Prahser is a CPA. She spent 12 years with Arthur Andersen & Co., then joined The North Face, Inc., became its CFO, and worked with Cason and Simon through the company’s turnaround and public offering in 1996. Since then, she has worked with Infinity on Converse and its other acquisitions, as well as the evaluation of other opportunities. Top
David Maddocks is an Associate of Infinity Associates LLC. He has nearly 20 years experience building sports and lifestyle brands. Most recently, as CMO of Converse for the past 7 years, he helped drive footwear, apparel and marketing – establishing the brand’s marketing and product creation platform as well as leading the company’s business development activities. During his tenure, global wholesale sales grew from $250 million to $1.8 billion. He has also held Senior marketing positions with K2 Corporation and Avia Group International. Top
